When is it necessary to make changes in KRS?
Changes to the National Court Register (KRS) are made in cases when significant transformations occur in the activities or structure of the organization.
- change of the company’s name or its legal address
- change of the share capital amount
- change in the composition of founders or shareholders

- change of the company’s business activity or expansion of its scope
- merger or division of companies
- termination of the company’s activity
- change of the ownership format
The procedure can be carried out in two ways: through a notary or electronically via the S24 platform.
Changes must be made no later than 7 days from the moment of the event. Failure to meet the deadlines results in a fine.
